|Recommended: YesTenant — I have rented in this property for almost a year and it has been great. From Gaby the manager, her assistant Lorena and the staff, they are always helping tenants. Maintenance crew-Donna are great and quick response. No noise problems at all. I would highly recommend anyone to live here.

|Recommended: NoEmergency repair — The Emergency line for this complex is a joke I have a issue with a shower and so I call to have someone come out and fix it, the person on the phone barely spoke english and said they were putting in the request. I told them it needs to be fixed now not tomorrow hence an emergency. They say they can't do anything about that and hung up abruptly Maybe I should just call a plumber out to fix it and send the complex the bill. 😡

|Recommended: Yes1 Year review of alister oak hill When I moved in a year ago, I expected the typical apartment issues, But I was far Surprised when those concerns almost all vanished. From a same day tour to working with front desk staff I think Gabby and or Maya are their names To ensure as a first time renter, we found a way to make it work. I have had little to no complaints about living here. Sure you have typical parking issues from a parking lot that could have some expansion, and sometimes very loud sounds from the renovation team, and those random issue with small things here and there. But I cannot say that any of that has worsened my time living in alister. And I cannot say enough nice things about the maintenance team, and their team lead Donna. They are some of the kindest and most understanding people around. Donna even came to my apartment at the start of an ice storm to help me This is truly one of the best places to call home

|Recommended: YesGreat location with friendly and helpful staff. Very welcoming and friendly community that is kid and dog friendly. I personally have work with Lorena in management the whole way and she made it a breeze. I highly recommend taking a walk through of the property.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Quiet Complex — Everything about my move in here has been wonderful from the ease of the application process to the friendly staff. Lorena is a great representation of truly excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to answer any of my questions and concerns prior to moving in. Many thanks to her for ensuring that everything went smoothly, while always being warm and welcoming.
I moved in here about a week ago and have to say I am impressed every day. The walls, floor, ceiling are all very well insulated from sound, and the complex itself is separated from most of the surrounding areas by a decent amount of trees. This place is truly serene and quite compared to any other location I've lived at in the Austin area. The design and layout of the apartment allows for very spacious living areas without a lot of wasted space. This place is very comfortable, it is everything I have wanted in an apartment for a long time, and a place that I hope to call home for many years to come

Definitely a secret little dive, that one is not sure they'd want to share with their friends
