|Recommended: YesAlister oak hill review feb 2026 — Very solid place to live, only downside is we have had problems with AC and Heating since moving in. And it could be cleaner outside at places. But other than that it’s very comfortable.

Gabi, the property manager, has been very supportive of our resident needs along with Esdra assisting her in all matters. The maintenance team is exceptional Dave and Joe responds to all requests promptly and very efficiently. They are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and are excellent problem solvers. Their attention to assuring this environment is safe space along with providing friendly service calls is a very positive aspect of living here. 5 Stars

|Recommended: YesFriendly and peaceful alternative to urban living — It's definitely not an urban location -- which I consider a huge asset after suffering through one for a few decades. Lots of families and respectful pet owners, with the pool seemingly the center of the community. Its location is a plus if you want to be away from large numbers of people, but it's not close to any shopping or anything, and the highway construction isolates it from those places making walking which most people probably don't care about fairly unpleasant. When US-290 construction is done getting to shopping will be quicker and easier to accomplish.

|Recommended: YesGreat Maintenance Team — The maintenance team here is very responsive, and they are proactive about solutions even when they will take a few days and set realistic expectations. David communicates well and goes the extra mile when he's there to make sure everything in your apartment is working as expected.
Overall, I've been here for over a year, and I love the apartment complex's wide open spaces. I would highly recommend Alister Oak Hill to anyone who appreciates the outdoors and wants a high-quality apartment.
