|Recommended: YesThe maintenance team rocks and deserves a sincere and grateful shout out for keeping everything together along with great attitudes. There is no better team that delivers than Donna and Joe This apartment community management, led by Gabi, provides excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff presence. The safety factor has been no problem for me for the past 4 years that I have lived here. And, as an added bonus, the location is really convenient to most everything needed for grocery shopping HEB , easy and close access to Bee Cave and Galleria stores. Dripping Springs is 15 minutes down the road. Convict Hill and William Cannon are about a 5 minute drive away depending on traffic and thankfully Costco is in the area. Although construction on 290 W is ongoing and will be for some time we residents are able to come and go from the property without too much congestion and traffic issues. I highly recommend living here

|Recommended: YesAwesome Maintenance crew — Joe completed a work order on our toilet. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He even took care of a few other small things that were unrelated to the origional ticket. We greatly appreciate the speed at which the ticket was filled and the friendly, professional manner that Joe possess.

|Recommended: YesI’ve lived here for about two weeks now and I’m so happy to call this place HOME🩷 my 2b 2b is so spacious and comfortable. The newly renovated spaces are so welcoming and cozy. I’ve enjoyed showing my friends my new place and have also made some new friends here. The community is safe, clean, and filled with smiles always. I love it here and can’t wait to make so many memories

|Recommended: YesLove Love Love it — Absolutely love this place On top of my LOVELY UPDATED KITCHEN .. I love the fact the 1st floor has a yard. And a really big plus is the washer and dryer that comes with it If I could give 100 stars I would.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have my new place the attention it’s great, and she always answers my questions in a short period of time they fixed the things that needed to be fixed at the apartment pretty fast and the maintenance guys were very respectful and efficient.

The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, or servicing the plumbing and electricity. I intend to continue renting at Alister Oak Hill. I strongly recommend their properties to all individuals rather alone or with families. This property is the place to live. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Alister, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier
