|Recommended: YesAmazing staff — When we looked into alister we were expecting to get the same harsh reaction that we always got from other places we have tried which summed up was just we don't have anything and it would be pointless to try here again. So sorry we can't help you. But instead we were welcomed by the amazing front desk staff who talked us through the process and got us moved in before the week was even over. They also never seemed annoyed by our questions we came to ask almost daily. As first time apartment renters who have been on the search for months, it's been so refreshing and calming to have people who actually care about us and where we live.

|Recommended: YesAlister oak hill — I’ve been living here since it was Fox hill and I have to say the new staff is so much more helpful and welcoming than the older workers. They’ve done a lot to maintain a nice apartment complex and easy to get ahold of when you need help.

|Recommended: YesDecent Apartment — Modern appliances, nice hard wood floors, clean carpet, big dog park, parking at night can be tricky, pool is nice but is always taken over by kids every day in the summer, nice neighbors.

|Recommended: YesBrenda N. — I have lived here almost three years. I love my neighbors They are all considerate and friendly. The maintenance staff is suburb They are always quick to fix a problem whether it be a minor or major one Management is getting better. For awhile it was hard to get in touch with them and sometimes they didn't return phone calls. Parking is terrible Visitors park in spaces not designated for them, and ever since I have been here there has been at least 4 vehicles that have been parked in same spot and never moved. Some of them have boxes stored in them. I hope they will be towed, so some spaces will be freed up for renters. Overall Alister Oak Hill is striving to make these apartments the best they can be

|Recommended: YesA Beautiful Apartment Home — Allister Oak Hill is lovely gem in Southwest Austin. The apartment layout is modern and spacious and the grounds are quite lovely. You are surrounded by nature and Hill Country views. The neighbors are friendly and it is a nice place for pets too The staff is professional, nice and helpful. I feel so so peaceful and happy here. It is my hope to call Allister Oak Hill home for a long time.
